15 Oct 2010 - 19:30 Cherryholmes supported by Christopher Rees
Cherryholmes, the phenomenal "first family of Bluegrass" play American roots at its sublime best. They hit the stage with hard-driving instrumentals and explosive vocal harmonies - the sort of close knit harmonies that only families with music in their blood can achieve - and feature various styles of original songs written by members of the band. Special guest is Christopher Rees, whose fourth album Devil's Bridge won widespread critical acclaim. Mojo magazine said "A spit and sawdust holler that's as close to a Southern hell-fire preacher as you can get hailing from Cardiff. Very, very good." £14.50-£13.50
11 Nov 2010 - 8pm Blazin Fiddles. It has been five years since Blazin' Fiddles last performed to a capacity crowd here at Mwldan, and we're thrilled to have them back! No other band quite captures the excitement, passion and the sensitivity of Scottish music. Like rare single malts, they only get better with age, and their fiery blend is still guaranteed to raise the roof! £15-£14 |

Pembrokeshire Intimate Gigs are small and intimate music venues in cool places in Pembs.
Not 'just' for music — you can also get proper restaurant-made food, a good bar, and plenty of ambience. Rooms will usually be available as well, for those who'd like to make a night of it.
Why not join our Facebook Group as well? It'll help with coverage and publicity.
We get bands that normally wouldn't appear in small places in our County.
Will play here in the week, between major tour-dates.
That most bigger gigs 'won't risk' or can't easily describe.
